What locations do you cover for Concierge Services?

I’m based out of the 55404 area code & cover a 30-minute radius from there! So of course that includes Downtown Minneapolis & St. Paul; but also Roseville, Bloomington, St. Louis Park, and Brooklyn Park.

What Concierge Services are available?

Standard Physical Therapy services such as Therapeutic Exercise, Manual Therapy, and Patient Education; as well as Dry Needling, Cupping, and Scraping!

Do you offer Clinical Outpatient Physical Therapy Services?

What Insurances do you currently accept?

As of right now, Concierge services are purely cash-based! For clinic-based outpatient services I’m currently accepting UHC, Medicare, & BCBS of Minnesota! I also do Home Visits for Medicare Part B patients!
